Is the DELTA 3 Ultra Plus loud?
No. Despite far higher output, reviewers describe it running quieter than EcoFlow's own premium DELTA Pro Ultra line even under heavy load [B1][B2], and its rated 30dBA is 9dBA quieter than the 1000 Air's own 39dBA rating.
Is the EcoFlow DELTA 3 Ultra Plus worth the extra money over the RIVER 3 MAX PLUS?
If you'll use the extra capacity, a weekend away, a multi-day outage, a full remote workday, then yes: it's actually the cheaper unit per kWh over its lifetime, at $0.12 against the River's $0.14. If your real load is a CPAP overnight or a single tailgate afternoon, the extra money buys headroom you won't use, and the River is the better buy at $359.
How much does the EcoFlow RIVER 3 MAX PLUS weigh compared to the DELTA 3 Ultra Plus?
