Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
Power Station Arena (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at stationarena.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Email address — when you subscribe to our deal alerts newsletter via any signup form on the site.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referral source, approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store), browser type, device type, and operating system, collected via Google Analytics. How much is collected depends on your region and your cookie choice (see Sections 3 and 5).
- Cookies and similar technologies — small text files and identifiers stored on your device to remember your preferences and to measure site usage (only with your consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland; on by default elsewhere, with an opt-out — see Section 5).
- Affiliate tracking data — our pages load a tracking tag from Impact.com that can attribute your clicks on affiliate links so that qualifying purchases are credited to us. When you click through to a retailer, that retailer may also set its own cookies. We do not control retailer cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To send you deal alerts, price drops, and product news you opted into.
- To analyze site traffic and improve our content and user experience.
- To detect and prevent technical issues or abuse.
We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect data:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — helps us understand how visitors use our site. We use Google Consent Mode, and what happens depends on where you are. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google Analytics stores nothing on your device until you accept in our cookie banner; before you choose, we send Google only a limited, cookieless measurement signal used for aggregate statistics that does not identify you. Everywhere else, analytics cookies are on by default and you can opt out at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. We work out your region from your IP address (via Google’s tag) and your browser’s time-zone setting, and treat you as being in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland if either suggests you are. If you decline or opt out, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is disabled and no data is sent. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Impact.com — an affiliate-marketing platform whose tag loads on our pages to attribute clicks on affiliate links and the resulting qualifying purchases to us. It may set cookies for this purpose. Impact’s privacy policy: impact.com/privacy-policy.
- Affiliate networks and retailers (e.g., Amazon Associates, ShareASale, Commission Junction) — when you click an affiliate link and visit a retailer, the retailer or network may set its own cookies to attribute the referral. Each has its own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as your subscription is active. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly. Upon unsubscription, your email will be removed from our active list within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — measure how the site is used. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland these are set only after you accept in our cookie banner; before that, Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode that stores nothing on your device. Elsewhere they are set by default, and you can opt out at any time. If you decline or opt out, Google Analytics is turned off entirely (see Section 3).
- Preference cookies — remember your cookie-consent choice (a cookie named
psa-cookie-consent) and other site preferences. Because they exist to honor your choices, these are treated as strictly necessary. - Affiliate cookies — our Impact.com publisher tag, and the retailers you click through to, may set cookies to attribute referrals and qualifying purchases.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page, or by clearing the psa-cookie-consent cookie in your browser, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Your Rights
For EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Our legal bases for processing are your consent (for analytics cookies in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, and for sending the newsletter you sign up for) and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the site, in attributing affiliate referrals, and, outside the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, in measuring site usage with analytics cookies that you can opt out of at any time. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 5).
For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Know — request what personal information we collect about you and how it’s used.
- Delete — request deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals, and you can opt out of analytics cookies at any time (see Section 5).
- Non-discrimination — receive equal service regardless of exercising your rights.
