EcoFlow just launched the TITAN 5000, Plus and Classic. Same 5 kWh battery: which one does your home need?
All three carry the same 5 kWh battery and grow to 30 kWh. What changes is the voltage: the Classic stays at 120 V, and the other two add 240 V for a well pump, a range or central air. We worked out what one battery runs, and for how long.
The short version ¡ as of October 13, 2026
- EcoFlow launched the TITAN 5000 line today, with reservations but no prices. From EcoFlowâs pre-launch store listing we estimate the TITAN 5000 Classic at $2,599, the base TITAN 5000 at $3,199 and the TITAN 5000 Plus at $3,699. None of the three ships yet: EcoFlow is taking $50 reservations now and opens sales on November 3.
- All three hold the same 5,017.6 Wh battery and grow to 30,105.6 Wh with five extra packs. The choice between them is voltage, not capacity.
- A well pump, an electric range or central air needs 240 V, so start at the base TITAN 5000. A house on gas heat and gas cooking can stop at the Classic.
The choice
Which TITAN 5000 do you need?
TITAN 5000 Classic, an estimated $2,599. 4,000 W, all at 120 V: three 120 V 20 A sockets, one 120 V 30 A port, and solar up to 3,200 W on a 30â250 V window. EcoFlow sells it with its 120 V Smart Home Panel.
TITAN 5000, an estimated $3,199. 7,200 W, with 120/240 V split-phase through an L14-30 twist-lock rated 30 A. At 240 V, 7,200 W works out to exactly 30 A, so the inverter can drive that outlet at its full rating. Solar runs to 4,000 W on a 40â450 V window.
TITAN 5000 Plus, an estimated $3,699. The battery delivers 7,200 W, the same as the base unit. The 10 kW figure is a total reached when solar or grid power flows in at the same time; EcoFlow calls it PV Boost. It also takes 8,000 W of solar on two inputs, twice the base unit, and has no USB ports. The Plus trades one 20 A socket for a four-pin outlet rated 41.7 A, and 41.7 A at 240 V is that 10 kW. EcoFlowâs product images show its display taking 8.00 kW in. Pick it for a large 240 V circuit or when you need to recharge fast.
Beyond the numbers. All three are UL 9540 certified and tested to UL 9540A, the listings a permit office or an insurer will ask a home battery for. Each ships with EcoFlowâs Smart Home Panel 10 factory pre-wired for 10 circuits, and works with an existing rooftop solar system through AC coupling. EcoFlowâs OASIS 3.0 software learns the householdâs habits, plans three days of solar ahead and charges off-peak, though EcoFlow marks those features as an app subscription. The TITAN 5000 and Plus add X-Fusion 2.0, which runs the house on solar first and on the battery when rates peak, and the Plus alone adds X-Boost 2.0, up to 5 kW on each 120 V leg so more ordinary appliances run at once. The Classic gets a simpler AI time-of-use mode.
EcoFlow is selling a $50 TITAN Series Coupon until November 2: it takes 5 per cent off a TITAN bought between November 3 and December 31 and adds two 220 W solar panels, and the $50 comes back if you donât buy a TITAN by December 31.
Our arithmetic
How long will a TITAN 5000 run my house?
We assume 85 per cent of rated capacity reaches the outlet after inverter losses, which leaves about 4,265 Wh per pack.
| Steady load | One pack |
|---|---|
| 500 W | about 8 hours 32 minutes |
| 1,500 W | about 2 hours 51 minutes |
| 3,000 W | about 1 hour 25 minutes |
| 7,200 W, the full rating | about 36 minutes |
A six-pack system holds 30,105.6 Wh, which stretches the 500 W case to about 51 hours.
From an ordinary 120 V outlet the label allows up to 15 A, about 1,800 W, so a full pack needs at least 2.8 hours before charging losses.
Where it lives
How much does a TITAN 5000 weigh?
EcoFlow lists the base TITAN 5000 at 119 lb, 24.5 Ă 13.2 Ă 16.9 in (623 Ă 336 Ă 428 mm), the same for all three. That is 23.7 lb for every kilowatt-hour of battery. For comparison, the DELTA Pro 3 carries 27.4 lb per kWh (112.4 lb for 4.096 kWh) and the DELTA Pro Ultra 29.6 (181.8 lb for 6.144 kWh).
The weight decides where the unit lives, and EcoFlowâs label already sets the rule: indoors, in a utility space, outside bedrooms and living areas.
The rest of the spec sheet
Is it a UPS, and what is the warranty?
- Switchover: Under 20 ms, through the Smart Home Panel 10. The shorter it is, the likelier a desktop computer rides through a power cut without restarting.
- Battery: LFP (lithium iron phosphate).
- Warranty: 5 years.
- Noise: below 30 dB for the Classic at 2,000 W, below 39 dB for the TITAN 5000 at 3,600 W and the Plus at 5,000 W, measured by EcoFlow from 1 m.
Against what you can buy
How does it compare with the DELTA Pro 3 and Ankerâs F3800 Plus?
The base TITAN 5000 puts 5,017.6 Wh behind 7,200 W. EcoFlowâs DELTA Pro 3 has 4,096 Wh behind 4,000 W, and Ankerâs SOLIX F3800 Plus has 3,840 Wh behind 6,000 W. At our estimated $3,199, the base TITAN 5000 costs about $638 per kilowatt-hour of battery. How we did this
Method and sources
Launch figures are EcoFlowâs own, from its launch announcement and its US store. EcoFlow has not published prices: ours are estimates from its pre-launch store listing of September 20, and its launch page shows only â$2,???â and â$3,???â. Capacity, outputs, outlets, solar windows and the expansion ceiling come from EcoFlowâs rating labels in its regulatory filings, July 20, 2026 (models EF-TT-5C-G1, EF-TT-5-G1 and EF-TT-5P-G1). Runtimes and charging times are our arithmetic on those figures, with the assumption stated above.
