The Ultra is 49.6 lb heavier than the AC70P, and this is the strongest argument the small unit has. Work out where it's going to live. Beside a breaker panel or bolted into a camper, moving twice a year, that weight costs you nothing. In and out of a trunk every Friday, it's a tax you pay on every trip, and the AC70P is the one you carry in the hand that isn't holding the cooler.
