At the cabin I judge a battery by a short winter day, when the sun clears the pines for a few hours and then quits. That's the first thing I'd check here. The DELTA 3 Plus takes up to 1,000W of solar into a 1,024Wh pack. The SOLIX C2000 Gen 2 takes 800W into twice that.
At rated input the EcoFlow fills from empty in about an hour and the Anker in about two and a half. Real panels rarely reach their rating, so both stretch out. The proportion holds.

Solar is where the EcoFlow pushes back. It takes up to 1,000W of panels into half the battery. On a December day at the cabin I'd expect it to reach full while the Anker was still filling when the sun dropped behind the ridge. In July, with long days, that gap would matter much less.
