Strip the names off and these are the same machine: 1,024Wh, an 1,800W inverter with 3,600W of surge, 27 lb, a UPS handoff rated at no worse than 10ms, and a pack rated for at least 4,000 cycles on both. Five-year warranty on both. The DELTA 3 is $629, the DELTA 3 Plus is $719, and the whole question is what the $90 buys.
Two things, and they're both inputs and outputs rather than anything about the battery. The Plus takes 1,000W of solar to the base unit's 500W, so a drained pack refills from a big array in about an hour of strong sun instead of two. Not a full one. An eight-hour blackout profile needs about 1,645Wh and both units have about 870Wh usable, so either covers roughly half of it. Both accept EcoFlow expansion batteries, which is the honest route to a full night; the Plus just refills the bigger bank faster from solar afterwards.
