The UPS card is a real 10ms difference, 20ms against 30ms, and a real tier apart on paper. Both are still standby transfers with a visible gap, though, so if you're protecting something that truly can't tolerate 20ms of darkness, the answer isn't the bigger EcoFlow. It's a double-conversion UPS sitting in front of whichever one you buy. Noise is the card I'd set aside entirely, for reasons in the note below it.
