If neither fits
If your actual load is a two-day camping weekend or a full van-life day, both of these are the wrong answer. The Power 2000 is 359Wh and 2,944Wh short of those two respectively, and the fix isn't a $7,999 installed system, it's a portable one class up: something that covers 4,685Wh in a box you can still lift into a vehicle.

Buy the Power 2000. Six of them hold the same 12,288Wh as one DELTA Pro Ultra X and cost less doing it, which tells you what the extra money on the EcoFlow is actually for: a 12,000W, 120/240V inverter wired into your houseA1, and the week of installation that goes with it. If that isn't the problem you have, it isn't the box you need.
The line to watch is the second night. One night unplugged, the DJI is comfortable. Two nights, or a full van-life day, and it's short by amounts no amount of careful rationing closes, and the answer there is a bigger portable rather than a wired system. Work out which side of that line you're on, then spend accordingly.

For the eight-hour outage we model, 1,645Wh of fridge, lights, router and devices, yes, with 96Wh left of its 1,741Wh usable. That's a pass rather than a cushion. If your outages tend to run overnight into a second day, plan on recharging it mid-outage instead of riding it out.
Why is the DELTA Pro Ultra X six times the price of the Power 2000?
Because the money isn't going into cells, even though you do get exactly six times the capacity at 12,288Wh against 2,048Wh. It buys a 12,000W inverter that puts out 120/240V and can carry whole-house circuits, plus the installation. Six Power 2000s would match the stored energy for less cash and still couldn't run a 240V well pump.
What is the surge rating on the DJI Power 2000?
We don't have a published surge figure for it, so size your loads against the 3,000W continuous rating and treat anything above that as unverified. Reviewers report it handled startup surges consistently across their testing, which is encouraging but isn't a number you can hand to an electrician. If you're buying specifically to start a large compressor, resolve that before you order.
