Is the RIVER 2 Pro louder than the DELTA 3 1000 Air?
EcoFlow says the RIVER 2 Pro can reach up to 62dB when charging or discharging at high wattage, and at least one owner modded its fan assembly to quiet it down. The 1000 Air's 39dB is a different kind of figure β its maker's best case, not a maximum β so the real gap is narrower than the numbers suggest and may even run the other way at light loads.
Is the RIVER 2 Pro's 5-year warranty a reason to pick it over the 1000 Air?
Yes: 5 years of coverage against the 1000 Air's 2-year term, on the one of the two you can still buy new. If warranty coverage is what you're optimizing for, that favors the RIVER 2 Pro outright β the 1000 Air's counter is its bigger tank, 500W solar input and β€10ms UPS rating, on a unit you can no longer buy new.
Can either of these run a fridge during an outage?
