The AC180T's 45 dB is a working figure, taken while the unit is actually doing something. The DELTA 2 Max's sheet lists 30 dBA with no load named beside it, so the 15-point spread on paper is not a 15-point spread in your living room and it is not a reason to pick between these. Both are fan-cooled boxes that get louder the harder you push them. Give whichever you buy six inches of clearance and do the heavy recharging in the daytime.
