If neither fits

Can either of these run a refrigerator during a power outage?

Does the Anker 535 PowerHouse have a phone app or a UPS mode?
Neither. There's no app control, so the front panel is your only readout of state of charge, and there's no published switchover time, which means it can't be relied on to carry a load through a grid failure without interruption. If you want either of those, the Yeti is the unit that has them.
Can I add a second battery to either one later?
No. Both are sealed at the capacity you buy, 512Wh on the Anker and 499Wh on the Yeti.
