Only if you can name the appliance that needs it. The $101 premium buys 2,000W more continuous output, 3,000W more surge and 1,200W more solar input, and across all six load profiles we model, both units already power the peak. If you're backing up a fridge, some lights and electronics, you're paying for ceilings you won't reach and carrying 19.9 extra pounds to own them.
Is the Anker SOLIX F3800 PLUS worth $1,100 more than the Bluetti Apex 300?
If you need its 3,200W solar ceiling or the extra scenario headroom, yes — it's the strongest solar input and highest composite score in this comparison. If your loads already fit the Apex 300's scenarios comfortably, the Apex 300's lower lifetime cost per kWh ($0.19 vs $0.25) makes it the better value.
