Both of these have left EcoFlow's store. The base RIVER 3's page now forwards to the RIVER 3 Max, and the RIVER 3 230 survives only as marketplace listings. The smallest RIVER 3 EcoFlow still sells is the RIVER 3 Plus. If you're buying new, that's where I'd look.
If you already own one, or found one used, this page is for you. The two are the same box with slightly different batteries inside. The RIVER 3 holds 245Wh and the 230 holds 230Wh. Everything else on the spec sheet matches, down to the weight.
Fifteen watt-hours is about one phone charge. I'd keep either one in the back of my Outback for camera batteries and a phone, and I doubt I could tell which was in there without reading the label.
