Can the BLUETTI Elite 10 Mini run a CPAP all night?
No. A CPAP night is 320Wh in our load profiles and the Elite 10 Mini has 109Wh usable, so it covers about a third of one night. The AC180P runs the same night on 26% of its battery and starts the next one nearly full. If overnight medical equipment is the reason you're buying, the Mini isn't a candidate.
Will the AC180P get me through an 8-hour blackout?
Most of one. That profile needs 1,645Wh and the AC180P has 1,224Wh usable, which is about 75% of it. Trim the load, or put its 500W solar input to work during daylight, and it stretches to a full night. Run everything on the list and you'll be dark before morning.
Can you add expansion batteries to the AC180P?
No. It's a fixed 1,440Wh unit with no expansion port, and the B80, B230 and B300 batteries some listings associate with it can only charge it through Power Bank Mode rather than add capacity. That isn't a mark against it, since it's a complete unit at a fixed size. It does mean you should buy the capacity you need up front.
Which one is the better UPS?
The Elite 10 Mini has the faster handoff, 10ms against the AC180P's 20ms, and both are well inside what a desktop PC, a router or a NAS will ride through. Runtime is what separates them: at 200W the Mini's 109Wh usable lasts about half an hour, while the AC180P's 1,224Wh keeps the same gear up all evening. Shop the switchover spec only after you have enough capacity.
Would two Elite 10 Minis add up to one AC180P?
No. Two Minis are $238 for 256Wh in two separate boxes, each still capped at a 200W outlet, and neither unit is designed to be linked or to share a battery. The AC180P is $649 for 1,440Wh behind a single 1,800W outlet. Stacking small units doesn't get you a big one.
