EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 vs Goal Zero Yeti 6000X — which should I buy?
The DELTA Pro 3 for most buyers: it's $800 cheaper, outputs double the continuous power, and is rated for eight times the cycle life, which is why its lifetime cost per kWh works out to $0.20 against the 6000X's $1.32. Choose the 6000X only if your heaviest daily load genuinely approaches or exceeds its 6,071Wh capacity and you want one box rather than an expansion plan.
Why does the Yeti 6000X lose if it's cheaper per watt-hour?
Because price per watt-hour only counts the first use. The 6000X is rated for 500 cycles against the DELTA Pro 3's 4,000, so over its life it costs roughly six times as much per kilowatt-hour actually delivered — $1.32 against $0.20. A lower sticker price per Wh doesn't survive a much shorter usable life.
Can the DELTA Pro 3 run a full day of heavy off-grid use?
