DJI has replaced the Power 1000 with the Power 1000 V2, and this page shows the original no price. It may still be on sale while stock lasts. The one current model here is the EcoFlow DELTA 3 Classic.
They hold the same 1,024Wh. What differs is the hardware around the battery. The DJI's inverter, the part that turns battery power into household AC, is rated higher than the Classic's, and its cells are rated for more full charges. Reviewers found it nearly silent under normal loadsB1. One ran it past its own rating for twenty minutes without a shutdownB2.
The Classic's answer is the UPS switch, which is how fast a unit takes over when wall power drops. EcoFlow rates it at 10ms or less and DJI rates the Power 1000 at 20ms or less. If this were going on my cabin desk, it would feed a router and the laptop that logs my panels, and I'd want the faster rating between them and the wall.

These are ratings, not measurements. EcoFlow says the Classic switches to battery in 10ms or less when the grid drops. DJI says 20ms or less for the Power 1000. Routers and most electronics ride through either. The fussiest desktop power supplies sit near the slower line.
Five Years Each, With One Condition
Both units carry five-year terms. DJI advertises its full five years for units bought from DJI's own store. If you find a Power 1000 at a third-party seller, check what term comes with it before you count on the full term.

Can either one carry a household through an 8-hour blackout?
No. The blackout scenario budgets 1,645Wh and each unit stores 1,024Wh, so both come up short by the same margin. Both have the surge headroom (3,600W and 4,400W) to start a fridge compressor. The Classic can't add an expansion battery, so a full night needs a larger station.
Does the DJI Power 1000 need a special adapter for solar panels?
Yes. It lists 800W of solar input but has no built-in charge controller, so panels connect through a DJI adapter sold separately. The Classic's 500W input is lower but self-contained. Plug in a panel and it charges.
Should I buy the DJI Power 1000 V2 instead?
