The Pioneer Na holds 60Wh less energy than the DELTA 3 1000 Air and it is still the one to buy. A 500W inverter decides far more about what you can plug into a kilowatt-hour box than 60Wh of battery ever will, and the Pioneer Na's inverter is three times that size. EcoFlow has also stopped selling the AirA4, which turns the cheaper unit into a hunt through leftover retailer stock rather than a purchase.
Where the money goes is output, not capacity. The Pioneer Na runs 1,500W continuously and peaks at 2,250W; the Air runs 500W and peaks at 1,000W. Same stored energy, three times the doorway out of it. That is the difference between a unit that runs your electronics and one that will also start a fridge or a power toolB1, which is why "which has more capacity" is the wrong opening question on this page.
The Air keeps two advantages worth naming. It weighs 22 lbs against 37, and it undercuts the Pioneer Na by $590. If you own one already, or a retailer still has one marked down, that is a genuinely good backup for a short list of loads. Buying new today is a different question: the sodium-ion cells, the 100W USB-C port and the third year of coverage all sit on the BLUETTI, and the EcoFlow worth pricing at this size is the DELTA 3 ClassicA4, which puts an 1,800W inverter in the same kilowatt-hour class.

Plug the laptop's own brick into one of the Air's three AC outlets and the 500W inverter is now carrying the laptop alongside the monitor and the router, while two USB-C ports do nothing more useful than phones. The Pioneer Na's cells keep accepting a charge in sub-freezing cold, while LiFePO4, which is what is inside the Air, plates lithium and permanently loses capacity if you charge it below about 32F, so the Air has to warm up before it will take anything at all. The timing is the cruel part: the moment you most want to refill a backup battery is the cold morning after the power went out, and in an unheated garage or a van in January one of these units can do that and the other waits for the afternoon.
Two cards cut the other way, and both favor the unit we are not picking. The Air's UPS is rated no worse than 10ms against the Pioneer Na's 20ms, and while those are maker classifications rather than measurements, the fussiest desktop power supplies sit right around the slower line. The Air also buys more warranty per dollar, $155 per covered year against $300. That is a statement about price rather than coverage, though. If something fails in year three, only the BLUETTI is still covered.

So the ownership question is not which battery lasts longer. It is what the extra $590 buys, and it does not buy energy: the two packs are 60Wh apart. It buys 1,000W more continuous output, a 100W USB-C port, an extra year of warranty, cells that charge in the cold, and a unit the maker still stocks. Whether that is worth nearly tripling the price depends on how many of those five you will actually use. A buyer who would use none of them should be hunting discounted Air stock rather than paying list for either one.

And if what you actually wanted was the inexpensive EcoFlow, price the DELTA 3 Classic instead: the same kilowatt-hour class with an 1,800W inverter where the Air had 500WA4, and EcoFlow still sells it.
The Bottom Line
Take the Pioneer Na. It stores 60Wh less than the Air and costs $590 more, and neither of those is what you are choosing between: 1,500W continuous against 500W is, and that is the line between a box that runs your electronics and one that also starts your appliances. Add cells that charge in the cold, a 100W USB-C port, a third year of warranty and the simple fact that you can buy one, and the cheaper unit's ownership math stops being the argument it looks like on paper.
None of that makes the Air a bad unit. It is a good 22 lb desk-side backup with the faster-rated switchover of the two, and if you own one, keep it; if you find one marked down and your loads live under 500W, buy it cheerfully. Just do not pay list for a station EcoFlow has stopped selling. If that was the plan, the DELTA 3 Classic is the EcoFlow to price insteadA4.

Is the EcoFlow DELTA 3 1000 Air discontinued?
Yes. EcoFlow no longer sells it, and the replacement is the DELTA 3 Classic, which puts an 1,800W inverter in the same kilowatt-hour class where the Air had 500W. Remaining retailer stock still turns up and there is nothing wrong with the hardware. Can the BLUETTI Pioneer Na run a refrigerator?
On output, yes: 1,500W continuous with a 2,250W surge handles the startup spike that trips smaller inverters, and fridges are squarely inside what it is built for. Runtime is the real limit, since 765 usable watt-hours after the flat 15% conversion allowance has you planning in hours rather than days. Is sodium-ion better than LiFePO4?
On one axis, decisively. Sodium-ion keeps accepting a charge below freezing, while LiFePO4 cannot be charged below about 32F without plating lithium and permanently losing capacity. Everywhere else you pay for the privilege: the Pioneer Na works out to roughly a dollar per watt-hour of capacity against 32 cents for the Air. Unless cold is part of your plan, the chemistry alone does not justify the premium.
Which of these is better for a CPAP?
The DELTA 3 1000 Air, narrowly. A CPAP pulls about 40W, so a full night is 320Wh and both units clear that several times over; the Air simply leaves more in reserve, 496Wh against 445Wh, and weighs 15 lbs less on the trip to the bedroom. Fan noise is the spec that should decide a bedside unit and it is the one we cannot settle: each maker publishes a single figure measured its own way, and neither of them describes a 40W draw.
