That's the trade in a sentence, and it's the reason to buy it, because on the money-per-energy axis these two are the same box. A dollar a watt-hour for the BLUETTI, three cents more for the Goal Zero. You aren't paying a premium for the bigger unit. You're buying more of it at the same rate.

BLUETTI publishes 45 dB under load for the Pioneer Na. Neither figure tells you which unit is quieter. What they tell you is which one you can evaluate before you pay, and if this is going next to a bed, that's the whole difference.

The card cutting against our pick is the warranty: five years from Goal Zero against three from BLUETTI, with no reframe available that makes it go away. The card cutting the other way is chemistry. Sub-freezing charging is the only spec here that's binary rather than a matter of degree, and it belongs to the Pioneer Na.

Brand Trust

The Pioneer Na uses sodium-ion cells, which keep accepting a charge in sub-freezing cold.
