For that gap the BLUETTI AC70 gives you half again the capacity (768Wh to 512), double the continuous output (1,000W to 500), and four times the solar input (500W to 120), and it still costs less per watt-hour. The 535 is a competent little battery. It's also the one you choose only when $300 is a wall you can't climb over.
Neither is a blackout box, and that's worth saying before anything else. Both fall well short of a real emergency load, a whole day of fridge or a house's essentials, so if that's why you're shopping, size up and skip the rest of this page. 535 PowerHouse: Solar Recharge Takes 4.3h+
At its 120W rated solar ceiling, refilling the full 512Wh takes about 4.3 hours of sun — as a floor, since the rated figure assumes ideal panel angle and clear sky, and real days deliver less. Not practical as the primary charge source for daily off-grid use; treat solar as a top-up and plan on a wall outlet or generator.
535 PowerHouse: No App Control
