Yes. The overnight CPAP profile used here draws 320Wh and the 500 has 440Wh usable, so it finishes the night with margin left. The 300D can't do it at all: it's short on energy at 245Wh usable, and it has no outlet for the CPAP's power supply.
Does the Jackery Explorer 500 have USB-C?
No. Its maximum USB-C output is 0W, so USB-A and the AC socket are your options. To charge a USB-C laptop you plug the laptop's wall brick into the outlet and run the inverter for the whole session, while the Explorer 300D delivers 100W of USB-C straight out.
