The cheaper box is the bigger one. The Elite 100 mini asks $429 for 1,004.8Wh; the AC70P asks $499 for 864Wh. That is $70 less for 140.8Wh more, and if the spec sheet stopped there you could close this tab now.

It doesn't stop there, because the mini's inverter tops out at 700W where the AC70P's does 1,000W. Everything below that line goes to the mini: more energy, double the rated cycles, a faster UPS class, 140W of USB-C against 100W. Everything above that line it simply refuses.

Buy the Elite 100 mini, and know where its ceiling sits before you do. The appliances that cross 700W are kettles, microwaves, hair dryers, space heaters, and a fridge compressor at the instant it kicks on, and every one of them would empty a one-kilowatt-hour pack in a hurry anyway. If one of those is specifically the reason you're shopping, spend the $70 on the AC70P. If you're powering things with screens, don't.

The honest asterisk is that cycle ratings pay out over decades and BLUETTI hasn't published a warranty term for the mini at all, while the AC70P carries up to five years if you buy direct and register it. A cycle rating is a promise about chemistry. A warranty is a promise that somebody answers the phone. Right now only one of these units has both.

Your Life, Your Pick

The cycle-life card is the one with real money in it, and the money is conditional. 6,000 against 3,000 is 16.4 years against 8.2 at daily use, and 58 against 29 at weekend use. The gap is worth a thought only at the quiet end, where a 40W CPAP sits close to the regime those figures describe. Under a working load they tell you very little.

Both list a UPS mode, at different rated speeds. The Elite 100 mini is rated ≤10ms — quick enough on paper that desktop PCs and routers should ride through, treating that as the rating it is.
