Take the DJI Power 1000. Not because it holds twice the energy, though it does, but because $699 against $300 buys a 2,200W inverter where the Anker gives you 500W, and 500W is the line between charging things and running things.
Per watt-hour the two are closer than the sticker suggests. $300 over 512Wh is 59 cents; $699 over 1,024Wh is 68 cents. Nine cents. For that nine cents the output ceiling climbs four and a half times, the USB-C port goes from 60W to 140W, and you get a 20ms switchover the Anker has no version of. You're paying a fair price for the battery on both sides. The inverter comes nearly free on one of them.
The Anker's argument is real and it's short: 16.7 pounds against 28.7, and $399 you don't spend. If the heaviest thing you will ever plug in is a laptop charger, that's a complete argument, and its 512Wh covers a CPAP night with a third of the pack still in hand. The 500W ceiling isn't a runtime figure, it's a bouncer. No app on the Anker, and not much of one to gain
The 535 has no app control — what you set, you set on the unit itself. That's a smaller loss than it sounds, because the app you'd be gaining is rated 3.5 out of 5 and that rating spans DJI's entire Home ecosystem rather than this power station.
