Solar panels for the EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus
Written by Ian Schneider·Solar & Off-Grid Tester
EcoFlow gave the DELTA 3 Plus a solar input that is hard to outgrow. 11 to 60 volts, 1000 W, two ports. Thirty-one of the forty-one panels we track publish a voltage, and all thirty-one sit under the 60 V line. Nothing we know of is too tall for this station.
The question with this one is which panel fills it, and how many of them you would carry. Four of EcoFlow's own 400 W folding panels fill it, and then the 1024 Wh battery is full in about an hour. One 200 W folding panel does the same job in about seven hours, a full day of good sun and a piece of the next. For a weekend at the cabin I'd take the one panel and the seven hours.

Every panel we track, lined up at the DELTA 3 Plus's solar input
Every panel we track with a published voltage, lined up by that voltage. The figure is the open-circuit voltage, Voc on the back label, what a panel puts out in sun with nothing plugged into it. The black line is 60 V, the most the DELTA 3 Plus will take on a port. Every bar stops short of it.
The pale cap on each bar is the extra voltage a cold morning adds, about 10% at −10 °C. The tallest panel here is Renogy's 590 W rigid at 52.63 V on the label. On my deck in January I'd expect it to read a few volts higher. Still under 60.
One thing the chart cannot show. Wire two panels in series, positive of one to negative of the next, and their voltages add. The manual's limit is the total, so add the bars yourself before you do that.
Hover a bar for the panel's name and voltage. Own a panel that isn't here? Type its Voc below and it takes its place in the line.
Swipe sideways for the whole line-up.
Hover or tap a bar for the panel’s name and its verdict.

What we'd buy
The best solar panel for the DELTA 3 Plus
Picked by the numbers on this station, not by brand.
Best value

About $1.25 for every watt it actually delivers here. 4 panels deliver 576 W.
Best to carry

144 W from a 8.82 lb panel, the most delivered watts per pound.
A day on solar
How long the DELTA 3 Plus takes to charge on solar
About an hour, if both ports are full. EcoFlow's own page says 70 minutes, and I'd call that honest. Getting there takes four large panels, and the list below says which.
More likely you are carrying one. A single 100 W panel gives about 72 W in real sun, and at 72 W the battery needs about fourteen hours. A 200 W panel gives 144 W and cuts that to about seven.
A good day has 3 to 6 hours of sun that strong. So the 200 W panel fills it in two days, give or take, and the 100 W panel wants three, sometimes four. That is what a 1024 Wh battery looks like through one small panel. The system builder works out your state and your month.
Hours of good sun, from empty. Where you live and the month decide how many of those a day gives; the system builder works it out.
Every panel that fits
Solar panels compatible with the DELTA 3 Plus
Thirty-one fit, eight of them EcoFlow's own. For each one: the cable that gets it into the XT60i port, which is EcoFlow's own DC input plug. Then what a single panel delivers in good sun, and the most the DELTA 3 Plus will take from a set. Eleven of the thirty-one want an MC4 adapter. MC4 is the click-together pair of plugs on most rigid panels. Sorted by delivered watts.

Own a panel that isn't in the line-up?
Type its voltage into the door chart above for the height test, then put the rest of the label into the panel checker, already set to the DELTA 3 Plus, for current and plug too. Or build the whole system to see how it keeps up where you live.
The plain answers
How long does the DELTA 3 Plus take to charge on solar?
One 100 W panel delivers about 72 W in good sun and refills the 1024 Wh battery from empty in about 14.2 hours.
One 200 W panel delivers about 144 W in good sun and refills the 1024 Wh battery from empty in about 7.1 hours.
At its 1000 W solar limit it refills in about 1 hours. More panel watts than that won't charge it any faster.
A day gives three to six hours of sun that good, depending on season and place, so one 100 W panel takes 3 to 5 days to fill it. The system builder works it out for your state and month.
What adapter does the DELTA 3 Plus need for solar?
Every panel we track needs a cable to reach its XT60i input.
The cables they need: MC4 to XT60i (11 panels), DC8020 to XT60i (4 panels), Anderson to XT60i (3 panels), DC5521 to XT60i (2 panels) and XT60 to XT60i (1 panel).
10 panels don't have a named plug from their maker, so check the lead before you buy a cable.
Can you use non-EcoFlow solar panels with the DELTA 3 Plus?
Yes. What decides it is the panel's voltage and plug, not the brand. 23 panels from Renogy, Jackery, Anker SOLIX, BLUETTI, Eco-Worthy and Rich Solar work with it, as long as the panel stays under 60 V on a cold morning and starts above 11 V.
The strongest single panels here are the Renogy 590W N-Type Bifacial (425 W delivered) and the Jackery SolarSaga 500 X (360 W delivered).
Can you connect two solar panels to the DELTA 3 Plus?
Yes. It has 2 solar inputs, so the simplest way is one panel on each.
Don't wire two BLUETTI PV100 FX Flexible panels in series: together they would pass its 60 V limit. Parallel them instead.
Past 1000 W delivered, more panels only help on cloudy days.
What is the DELTA 3 Plus's solar input?
DC Input Port (XT60) — Solar Input (shared with Car Input): 11–60 V, up to 15 A, 500 W. DC Input Port (XT60) — Solar Input (shared with Car Input): 11–60 V, up to 15 A, 500 W. 1000 W across all inputs together.
Input limits from EcoFlow's documents, checked 2026-09-18 (source). Delivered watts assume 72% of the panel's rating in good sun.
